Attendance Registers

In order to comply with the England Netball and "NHS Track and Trace" Covid-19 requirements all club are required to keep a register of participants at ANC sessions (training and matches) so we have created the forms below to aid in the data collection. Under the current guidance we have had to set limits on the number of participants at each session so we apologise in advance if you cannot secure yourself a place. We are constantly looking at the guidance as it updates and will make changes to numbers when we can. If, once you have booked in, you become unable to attend the session please let us know so we can make the space available for someone else. This year we are also asking for all payments to be made online and in advance of each session (payment details can be found here).

All policies and documents relating to these booking forms can be found here, you will be required to confirm you will abide by these documents prior to making any booking/check in. A quick reminder can be found below and should be looked at before each subsequent session but it is no substitute for reading the policies in full prior to booking your first session.
